HTP New type control valve for urea only, designed on the base of experience in making ZMBS High pressure P4 control for years and advanced technology from the imported chemical department, is our patented product proprietary with intellectual property right. The patent NO.: ZL02221208.6. The control apparatus is a mini pneumatic executive system with advanced technology introduced abroad. The valve inner component is double-side cage construction. The sealing face of valve body and inner component is R ball shape. Widely used by many domestic fertilizer plants, the P4 from HTP series is proved it can completely take the place of the former ZMBS-220/320 P4. Compared with the former P4, it has the advantage of better quake resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistant, sudden pressure resistance, lower noise, longer using time, convenient maintenance.

Executive Device:
The executive device is multiple-spring structure. The structure is compact, powerful, with high strength. It reduces the height and weight. Installment is more convenient. Valve Inner Component

The Valve Inner Component is double-lead structure. The guide sleeve and cage is integral, which longers the guide distance and guarantee the proper alignment of valve spool and valve seat. That the cage construction disperses the throttling leads to multilevel depressurization and vortex flow controlled. The thickened valve arm can handle stronger impulsive force and sudden pressure difference, which causes valve arm’s distortion in shape.
Sealing of Valve Body and Component
The valve body and valve inner component are both, which guarantee the reliability of the sealing make changing component and repairing more convenient.
material of spool and seat:
The factor which determines valve’s ability of antiscour, corrosion resistant, anti sudden pressure difference is the physical treatment to metallic material of valve spool and seat. By now, inner component material of P4 valve used in domestic chemical industry is A4 steels. The using time is just one overhaul period in good working condition; some may be a little longer. But for U3 steel which we company used in P4 valve spool and seat, the using time is twice or even longer more than A4 in the same working condition. This reduces the using cost. (Besides all elements in A4, U3 steel contains anti-urea element, which has better ability of antiscour, corrosion resistant).
Coupling Dimension and Others:
The inlet and outlet medium tube center distance and flange installment of HTP high pressure valve and ZMBS high pressure valve is completely same.
As liquid urine is easy to crystallize in cold weather, this valve is made jacketed type construction for heat preservation. It prevent medium to crystallize, so that the valve can work in condition.
Liquid ammonia G2 high pressure valve is the same structure and material with better effectiveness.
